2.2 Preparing the INTERBUS interface module
2.2.1 Creating the configuration list
Before commissioning or programming you must create
a configuration list of all connected field bus stations.
On the basis of this list, you can: Configuration

Make a comparison between the NOMINAL and
ACTUAL configurations, in order to detect any
addressing errors

Access these specifications during a syntax check of
a program, in order to avoid addressing errors.
Configuration of the CP system requires a very accu-
rate procedure, as different configuration specifications
may be required for each system due to the modular
structure. Please also observe the specifications in sub-
sequent sections.
