Sequence description
10.1
Sequence description, filter process
The liquid in the tank is filtered in automatic mode. The filling levels are monitored by capacitive proximity
sensors. The filtering process is a purely sequential process without a controller. If the downstream station
is used, the process liquid is pumped to the downstream station via the pump. If maintenance of the filter is
required, automatic operation is interrupted and the backwash procedure selected. After selecting a recipe,
the backwash process is carried out.
10.2
Start-up prerequisites
10.2.1
individual station
•
Water in the waste water tank (max. 6 l), min. lower limit switch actuated
•
Process water tank not full, upper limit switch not actuated
10.2.2
Station with downstream station
•
Water in the waste water tank (max. 6 l), min. lower limit switch actuated
•
Process water tank not full, upper limit switch not actuated
10.2.3
Rinsing process
•
Waste water tank not full, upper limit switch not actuated
•
Process water tank not empty, lower limit switch actuated
10.3
Initial position
•
Butterfly valve AF3 opened and gate valve SM2 closed
10.4
Sequence
10.4.1
Automatic mode without downstream station
1.
Starting the system
2.
Station not busy (message “Fill tank”), as long as the tank is not filled
3.
Waste water pump ON and stirring, butterfly valve AF3 opened and gate valve SM2 closed
4.
Filter until the waste water tank is empty (lower limit switch) or the process water tank is full (upper
limit switch).
5.
“Done” message
6.
Continue with 1.
The STOP function switches the actuators off at any time.
