The Filtration station
The Filtration station combines a controlled system with digital and analog sensors and actuators. The
pressure system is operated via a PLC with a control function. A liquid to be filtered is fed from the waste
water tank to the filter via a pump. The filtered liquid is fed into the process water tank via a butterfly valve.
From there, it can then be pumped to the downstream station with a pump or back into the waste water
tank. During this rinsing process, the filter is first completely filled with liquid and then the particles are
removed from the filter with compressed air. Liquids with dissolved dirt particles are then returned to the
waste water tank.
The finished process liquid can then be pumped to the downstream station with a pump.
