Instructions for self maintenance
Danger
If you are unfamiliar with maintenance
practices, do not try to inspect or regulate any
components.
Do not smoke nearby inflammable substances
such as fuel or battery so as not to cause sparkle
or open fire.
To avoid severe personal injuries, do remove
the articles such as necklaces, bracelets and
eardrops. Tie your long hair to behind your
head. In addition, keep your hands, tools,
clothes and other articles away from the
moving parts and components during engine
running.
To avoid scald, wait till the engine gets cool
before you begin to maintain any components
inside the engine compartment (excluding the
"not required" cases)
No one is allowed to place his body beneath the
jacked-up automobile; please use automobile
supports.
Automobile
shall
be
maintained
in
well-ventilated areas.
Do not allow children to access any oil and
fluid.
Check whether or not any tools and rags are
left over before the engine hood panel is
closed. During driving, these articles might
damage the components, or even cause fire
hazards.
You may modify the wiring under no
circumstances. Failure of observing the
danger precautions might lead to component
failure or even fire hazards.
Use well-maintained tools to avoid personal
injuries or damages to the components.
Warning
Prior to working on the electrical system,
disconnect the cables from the negative terminal
of battery. In addition, Be careful not to use a
tool or other metallic objects to short-circuit the
terminals; otherwise, the battery might be
damaged.
Engine electronics cooling fan
Danger
To work nearby the radiator and condensator fan or
radiator grills, set the ignition switch to the “Lock”
position.
When you maintain your automobile with the ignition
switch set to "NO", do not touch or come close to the
fan blades. When coolant reaches a certain
temperature, radiator fan switch may be automatically
activated.
Moreover, when the air conditioner is turned on,
condensator
cooling
fan
may
start
rotation
automatically.
