Lifting jack

Use the jack handle provided in the tool bag, and

mount/remove the lifting jack by screwing the

worm spindle as shown in the figure above.

Removal

Remove the lifting jack and remove the lifting jack

from the bracket by turning the worm spindle as per

the direction shown in the above figure.

Installation

1. Place the lifting jack as shown in the figure

above.

2. Turn the worm spindle as per direction 2 as

shown in figure above till the arm lifting section
(totaling 4 segments) of the lifting jack touches
the bracket of lifting jack.

3. Use the jack handle to turn it for another more

half turn as per direction 2 shown in the figure
above, such that the lifting jack may be securely
fixed onto the bracket.

Maintenance instruction



Apply a fine coat of grease onto all sliding

parts/components and screw threads.



Ensure that the lifting jack is free of distortion

or cracks.

If any, the lifting jack shall be replaced by a new
one.
