If one or more telephone numbers exist, a telephone receiver button is active in
the
detailed view
for the special destination. Tapping on the telephone receiver
activates the Bluetooth® application.
If more than one telephone number exists for a special destination, you will be shown a list of
the available telephone numbers from which you can select the number you want and
confirm this with
Ok
.
To ensure that the special destination can be called up via the Bluetooth® application, a
Bluetooth®-capable mobile phone must be connected to the navigation device.
During the call
A telephone call is always initiated by tapping the
green telephone receiver, which has a grey
background while the call is active.
You can view details about the call while it is in
progress. If the outgoing / incoming number is
stored in the phonebook, the name is displayed.

The volume can be regulated using the +/-
buttons. The volume setting applies to the entire device. Changes affect all of the
applications.
Tap the microphone symbol to mute the built-in microphone.
To hide the screen while the call is in progress, tap the button in the top right-hand corner.
Tapping this button again redisplays the screen.
Tap the red telephone receiver to end the call.
2.7.3 SMS (optional)
You can receive and read SMS text messages, or have them read to you (optional), on your
navigation device. To do so, your navigation device must be connected to your mobile
phone.
Note
: The SMS function is not supported by all mobile phones.
Tap the
SMS
button on the
main menu
of the Bluetooth® application.
Tap on the
symbol to transfer the SMS list of your mobile phone to the navigation
device.
