How to operate the unit
Set the over heat and cool protector. Turn the knob and
set the upper and lower temperature limit as mentioned
below.

Over heat protector

Factory default:70
℃）
Upper temperature limit is 10
℃
higher than setting
temperature of temperature controller. If the setting
value is too low, set the value higher than 30
℃
for
over heat protector.
・
Over cool protector
（
Factory default:
0
℃）
Set the lower temperature limit 10
℃
lower than
setting temperature. If the setting temperature is high,
set the temperature for over cool temperature up to
40
℃
. If the setting temperature is lower than 7
℃
, set
the knob of over cool protector leftmost.
When you face any trouble, turn the residual
current device off and refer to "Troubleshooting" .
Stop using the product when you
face any trouble.

If the over heat or over cool protector works,
please refer to "Troubleshooting" on page 49.
Over heat or cool protector will recover
automatically.

1) Selecting refrigeration unit mode
Select automatic defrosting operation (Int.mode)
or constant number operation (Cont. mode) that
is appropriate for setting temperature or operation
time, and set these setting by mode switch of
refrigeration unit.
Default setting for refrigeration unit mode is
「
Int.
」

Use Int. mode. Execute defrosting by hot gas from
refrigeration unit every two hours after reaching at
setting temperature at 50.0
℃
or lower to prevent
deterioration of the cooling capacity.
If the setting temperature is higher than 50.1
℃
,
temperature can be controlled only by heater. So
set Cont. mode. In such a case, the operation will
be proceeded in Cont.mode even though eyesight
Int.mode.

In Int.mode, temperature in the chamber changes
for 20-30 minutes in every two hours after the
temperature reaches at the setting value,
however the status changes depending on the
condition.
If the room temperature is approx.20
℃
, no load
in Int. mode, temperature difference is within
±
1
℃
（
in the center of the chamber). Temperature
difference gets wider as the ambient temperature
rises. It gets smaller if the room temperature is
low, defrosting capacity will be worsened.

If the over cool protector starts-up right after
stopping refrigeration unit, the unit performs over
load start-up and over load alarm for refrigeration
unit may be activated. Turn off the power switch
once and turn it on after five minutes.
※In
Int. mode, electromagnetic valve sounds
when defrosting. Also, electromagnetic valve of
LTI-1200 sounds when turning the power switch
on or changing cooling capacity at 41
℃±3℃
(measured temperature).
The sound may be bigger
depending on ambient temperature.
