Power failure alarm
issued Power has failed during control or
power turned OFF without stopping
the control Press the [Set] key. The alarm display is
cleared and the display returns to the
normal one.

alarm ”Atmo” display continued for 30
minutes or more during operation of
vacuum pump Check the sample container condition and
connection.
Press the [Set] key. The alarm display is
cleared and the display returns to the

Backup battery
abnormality alarm issued Backup battery abnormality or
battery down Contact the shop from which you have
purchased the product or our nearest
service center.
Press the [Set] key. The alarm display is
cleared and the display returns to the
normal one. But the backup function for
the power recovery selection function

mode1 time count (vacuum pump
operating time) does not operate correctly.

In case of power failure or power OFF,
the ”CPAr” alarm is issued again at power
recovery. In this event, the time count of
“mode1 time count” is cleared. In case of
power failure, the control is totally stopped
regardless of the “set power failure time.”
