3)Installing the dry chamber
Insert four set screws to threaded points (four
points on the outside) of the option fixing plate.
(Tighten them lightly.)
Place the dry chamber DRS-1 (or DRS-2) while
aligning it to the center of trap.
When placing the dry chamber, set three legs in the
bottom of dry chamber closer to the outside of the
option fixing plate.
※
For installation/removal of the cover, take care not
to hit the dish or a sample on the dish.
※
For connection, apply vacuum seal oil compound
to the connector. The sealing performance
improves.
※
When the cover is removed and placed by the side
of the main body, take care not to damage the
cover opening (vacuum sealed).

Insert the plug of power cord of dry chamber DRS-1
(or DRS-2) into one of
Receptacle on the right-hand
side of the main body.
Put the switch halfway of the power cord in a readily-
visible position.(There is a
magnet on the backside of the box. Take care not to
close the slit in the body.)
Turn ON the power switch if necessary.
※
The Receptacle turns ON power supply while
being interlocked with the Vacuum switch.
The switch lamp may not go ON when the dry
chamber power switch is turned ON.

4.Installing the leak filter (air filter)
Insert the leak filter (air filter) into the vacuum tube.
Then insert the filter and tube into the “Leak” nozzle
on the backside of the main body.
For removal and replacement, refer to “7.2 Replacing
the leak filter (air filter).”
