Altitude 4700 Series Access Point Product Reference Guide

Network Wireless Commands

AP4700>admin(network.wireless)

Displays the access point wireless submenu. The items available under this command include:

set

Sets the access point’s wireless (proxy arp) configuration.

show

Displays the access point’s wireless (proxy arp) configuration.

wlan

Displays the WLAN submenu used to create and configure up to 16 WLANs per access point.

security

Displays the security submenu used to create encryption and authentication based security
policies for use with access point WLANs.

acl

Displays to the

Access Control List

(ACL) submenu to restrict or allow MU access to access

point WLANs.

radio

Displays the radio configuration submenu used to specify how the 802.11a/n or 802.11b/g radio
is used with specific WLANs.

qos

Displays the

Quality of Service

(QoS) submenu to prioritize specific kinds of data traffic within a

WLAN.

rate-limiting

Displays the Rate Limiting submenu.

rogue-ap

Displays the Rogue-AP submenu to configure devices located by the access point as friendly or
threatening for interoperablity.

wips

Goes to the

Wireless Intrusion Protection System

(WIPS) submenu.

mu-locationing

Displays the MU locationing submenu.

Goes to the parent menu.

Goes to the root menu.

save

Saves the configuration to system flash.

quit

Quits the CLI.
