FTB-8100 Series Transport Blazer

Using SmartMode for Alarm/Error Monitoring

Press an LOP tributary then, the following tributary analysis is
displayed.

To select a different tributary or to return to the timeslot analysis,
press the timeslot button.

Tributary

indicates the selected timeslot or the number

associated to the virtual tributary or tributary unit.

Error Analysis

gives current and history status of the main errors.

on page 249 for the

error descriptions.

Alarm Analysis

gives current and history status of the main

alarms. Refer to

SONET Tabs

on page 167 or

SDH Tabs

page 249 for the alarm descriptions.

Last Alarm Scan Date

indicates the date and time of the last

Alarm Scan

. The date is only displayed when the

stopped.

Path Signal Label
