Real-time Monitoring
Click the menu bar “System”
“Real-time Monitoring”
“Real-time Event.” The display in
the middle part of the page is the real-time entry/exit status of Cardholder in the system.
The display on the right side of the page is the detailed information of the Cardholder in
and out.
6.1.6
Export Function
Most functional modules in the system provide an “Export” function. Click the “Export”
button in the page to export the information in this page in the csv format, then the file
save dialog box will pop up. See the figure below:

Click the “Save” button and select the path to save the file. See the figure below:

After selecting the path, click the “Save” button to finish the operation. Csv file exported
successfully

Note: If Chinese characters are included in the content, file conversion will be required. If
the file is directly opened with Excel, the part containing Chinese characters will be
displayed as Wingdings. For the file conversion operation on the import/export part in the
system, please refer to the following procedures which will not be repeatedly described.
