Intermittent
Allows setting timed intermittent operation, i.e. generating and maintaining the set suction pressure according to
the times determined by the operator, for example:
ON TIME: 5 min
OFF TIME: 1 min
This means that a cycle is activated where:
-
the device maintains the pressure set by the operator for 5 minutes;
-
the device goes into standby for 1 minute and allows the suction pressure to drop to a minimum value of 30
mmHg;
-
the 5-minute phase is resumed;
-
the 1-minute phase is resumed;
-
etc.
Caution
•
The maximum pressure value achievable during the ON time is that set in
main programming.
•
The minimum pressure value achievable during the OFF time will not be less
than 30 mmHg.
•
The ON and OFF values are settable with increments of 1 minute (minimum
value settable 1 minute).
To activate this function, press on the switch-shaped button until it turns green and the word
YES
appears.
When the function is active, you can change the
ON
and
OFF
times by pressing on the relative arrows.
When setting is complete, confirm with
OK
. The main menu will automatically appear.
Caution
•
The intermittent ON/OFF values set are shown on the display.
•
ON or OFF is shown intermittently on the display according to the operating
phase in which the device is.
