The ES430.1 Lambda Module belongs to the family of ES400 modules. It is a
robust and easy to use lambda measuring instrument which, in connection
with the Robert Bosch broadband lambda sensor LSU4.9, enables inexpensive
emission measuring for SI, diesel and gas engines.
The module uses fuel- and sensor-specific curves to calculate the oxygen con
-
tent, the lambda value
and the air/fuel ratio, A/F. The lambda sensor LSU is
installed in the exhaust system. This makes it possible to determine the follow
-
ing parameters:
• Lambda
• 1/Lambda 1/
• Oxygen content O
2
• Air/fuel ratio, A/F
• Fuel/air ratio, F/A
