2.3.4 Safety Measures, Organizational
Apart from the strict compliance with the minimum requirements, which have to be speci-
fied for safe working at and with the plant (see chapter 2.1.2), no further measures are re-
quired.
2.3.5 Safety Elements and Functions, Emergency Stop etc.
The following safety elements and functions are integrated by default:
• main switch with padlock device on the front side of the controller drawer (put the pad-
lock during maintenance and servicing)
• emergency stop switch on the automatic soldering machine on the inlet module, front
and rear; on the outlet module, front and rear
NOTE
Machine alarm
: The alarm signal becomes active. Optionally, and additional warn-
ing signal can be sounded. The MIS software displays the possible errors on the
screen.
Call a trained person.
2.3.6 Removing Protective Devices
Any manipulation on or removal of protective devices is fundamentally prohibited.
