Proceed in the following order :

Turn off the power switch of the analyzer and unplug the power cable.

Unscrew the three screws behind the analyzer and the two screws on both sides to remove the
cover.

Open the measurement chamber (1) of the analyzer by lifting up its cover (2) to unclip it (3) and
gain access to the particle filter (4).

Release the particle filter (4) by unscrewing both fittings (5) that keep it in place.

Unscrew the filter holder (6), remove the worn filter cartridge, and replace it with a new filter
cartridge (7).

Lightly press down the cartridge in the filter holder for correct placement (8).

Screw the filter holder back in and re-secure the particle filter in the sense indicated by the
arrow pointing towards the cavity inlet. Re-screw both fittings (5).

Close the measurement chamber (1) by clipping (3) its cover (2) and replacing the analyzer
cover.

Rescrew the three screws behind the analyzer and the two screws on both sides to resecure
the analyzer cover.

Reconnect the main cable, and power on the analyzer.


Flat screwdriver, 1 x 5,5 mm

Two flat wrenches, 20 mm

Flat wrench, 13 mm

EIF filter (microfibers of borosilicate in a Teflon matrix) - porosity 10 nm - Ref.: F05-IDN-001
