Adding Sensors to the Network  

NOTE

 

Use  the  manual  method  of  adding  sensors  only  when  manual 
control  over  the  order  in  which  the  devices  are  displayed  is 
required, or if only specific sensors are to be added.

 

6.5.1

 

Detecting Sensors Automatically 

Sensor  channels  can  be  added  to  the  control  unit  automatically  using  the 
Autodetect functionality or manually. In Autodetect mode, the control unit scans 
the Modbus addresses to identify all the sensors/devices in the network.

The control unit will attempt to configure all the sensors in the network with 
the default settings. When this is complete, a bar graph or text view of all 
the sensor data is displayed.

Multi-Bar/Text

 menu screen to switch between the bar graph
