Power up instrument

The

"Basic setup" (00)

function group lists all the functions which are required for a standard

measurement task to commission the Micropilot M. When you have completed your input for a
function, the next function appears automatically. In this way, you are guided through the complete
calibration.

After switching on the supply voltage, the
instrument is first initialised.

Then the following appear for approximately
five seconds:
• Device type
• Software version
• Type of digital communication signal

Press

to exit this display.

On first power-up, you are requested to select
the language for the display texts.

length for your measurements.
