System error messages (FieldCare)
Serious system errors are always recognized by the device as "Fault messages" (SF = System Fault
message) and displayed appropriately in the FieldCare operating program.
On the other hand, simulations are only classed and displayed as notice messages (SN = System
Notice message).
"
Caution!
In the event of a serious fault, a flowmeter might have to be returned to the manufacturer for repair.
The procedures on
5 must be carried out before you return the device to Hauser.
Always enclose a duly completed "Declaration of contamination" form. You will find a preprinted
form at the back of this manual.

S = System error
F = Fault message (
with
an impact on the pulse output)
N = Notice (

AMP SW EEPROM
Electronics module:
Error accessing EEPROM data
The EEPROM data blocks in which an error
has occurred are displayed in the RESTORE
DATA FAILURE function.
Faulty parameters are then replaced by
predefined default values.

HW DAT
Sensor DAT:
1.
DAT is defective.
2.
DAT is not plugged in or is
missing.
1.
Replace DAT.
Spare parts:
Check the spare part set number to
ensure that the new, replacement DAT
is compatible with the measuring
electronics.

2.
Replace DAT. Spare parts
Before replacing the DAT, check that
the new, replacement DAT is
compatible with the measuring
electronics. Check the:
– Spare part set number
– Hardware revision code
3.
Replace the electronics module if
necessary
