Safety
The pressure cooker system is very safe. Care should be taken to ensure that
the lid closes properly so that the system can function as intended. The pres
sure cooker has a twolevel pressure regulator which regulates the pressure
you have selected, as well as a builtin safety valve (see fig. 2) in the lid handle.
PLEASE NOTE: only fill the cooker up to the maximum filling height (see interior
marking).

If the pressure increases too much, the
rubber seal is pushed out through an
opening in the edge of the lid (fig. 1:
