A) Prægehovedet bevæger sig ikke
1) Check luftforsyningen.
2) Check at magnetventilen skifter på
trykknap . Hvis ikke udskiftes ventilen.
3) Check tilgangsspændingen.
4) Check sikringerne i kontrolkassen.
5) Check at startsignal fra mikroswitch/
fotocelle/startkommando kan aktiveres.
6) Check/udskift styring.
7) Check/udskift kabel til magnetventilen.
B) Prægehoved bevæger sig, men
aftrykket er kun delvis synligt.
1) Temperaturen er for lav, eller prægetid
for kort og skal reguleres. (Evt. fejl på
styring, som så skal udskiftes).
2) Juster modtrykspladen på skruerne
eller udskift modtrykspladen.
3) Prægefolien er monteret med matside
opad. Eller der er anvendt forkert folie.
4) Klicheer/typer i forskellige højder,
f.eks. slidte.
C) Trykket er udtværet og/eller folie
hænger fast
1) Temperaturen er for høj, eller præge-
tiden er for lang og skal reguleres.
(Evt. fejl på styring, som så skal
udskiftes).
2) Prægefolien kan være af forkert type.
3) Modtrykpladen er for høj og skal
justeres ned.
D) Prægefolien knækker
1) Prægemaskine og pakkemaskine er
ikke synkron, så der skal rettet på
startsignalet.
2) Prægetiden er for lang og den auto-
matiske reset er ikke i funktion. Sæt
prægetiden ned.
E) Trykket kan skrabes af
1) Temperaturen for lav. Reguler.
2) Prægetiden for kort. Reguler.

A) Print head doesn't move
1) Check the air supply.
2) Check that solenoid valve changes at
knob U. If not, replace the valve.
3) Meassure current on the power supply
4) Check for blown fuses in controlbox.
5) Check that the photo sensor, micro-
switch, and start command can be
activated.
6) Check/replace with new controller
7) Check/replace defective cables for the
solenoid valve.
B) Printing head moves, but the
printing is only partially visible
1) Printing temperature is too low or
printing time is too short. Adjust. (Or
controller may need to be replace).
2) Adjust/replace the counter plate.
3) The imprinting foil is mounted with the
matt side up, or wrong grade of .
4) Cliché / type at different heights.
C) The print is plump and/or the foil
gets caught
1) the temperature is too high and /or
time is too long and need adjustment.
(Or controller may need to be replace).
2) The hot foil can be wrong grade.
3) The counter-pressure plate is too high,
and must be adjusted.
D) The hot foil breaks
1) The hot stamping machine and packa-
ging machine are not synchronous and
must be adjusted.
2) The printing time is too long and the
automatic reset isn't activated. Reduce
printing time.
E) The print can be scraped off
1) The temperature is too low. Adjust.
2) The imprinting time is too short. Adjust.
