8.1.1.  Structure of the handlebars:

1.  Disassemble the two hinge axles on each side of the steering bracket. To do this, comple-

tely remove the star knob for the height adjustment. 
Spray some lubricant (PFTE-based) on the inside of the steering bracket along the length 
of the slot opening. This will make the handlebars easier to adjust in height.

2.  Then insert the left-hand steering tube into the cavity of the left-hand steering bracket.

3.  Place the two compression springs and inserts for the anti-vibration system on the seat 

on the steering tube.
