2.3.6 RAM (Data) Direct Addressing

An 8-bit data address is contained in the 1-word instruction. Rd or Rs specifies
the destination or source register respectively. For example, R = RAM_bank

A 16-bit data address is contained in the 16 LSBs of a 2-word instruction. Rd or
Rs specifies the destination or source register respectively.
