3.2.3 RTC Timing
RTC0~3 Timer interrupts are invoked by rising edge of RTC clock.
RTC Timer wake up are invoked by rising /falling both edge of RTC clock at
Green mode.
When RTC wake up takes place from Green or Sleep mode to Fast mode and
RTC interrupt enable flag is set, the RTC interrupt is invoked at the same time.
