eSL/eSLS Series (+ eSLZ000) User’s Manual

3.2 Real Time Clock (RTC)

Real Time Counter generates the necessary time delay for stable clock from
32K oscillator circuit. An RTC unit works with an external 32.8k/32.768 kHz
RC/X’tal oscillator and has the following features

:

Low power

Real-Time Clock Interrupts

These Operating modes are determined by setting the appropriate bit in the
RTCCON Control register as explained in Section 3.2.2,

The use of higher RTC interrupt (RTCIF3) during SLOW and GREEN modes is NOT

recommended.

The RTC interrupt will wake-up the CPU from GREEN mode if the Wake-up function
