Install the fan holder and fan cover.

1. Install the holder on the monitor.
2. Connect the distribution cable to the monitor. Ensure the connector is connected to the monitor.

Route the distribution cable through the gap of the fan.

Attach the cover to the monitor using the screws removed in step 2 (page

After replacing the fan, perform the following procedure to check the operation:

Confirm that the fan is rotating.

Check that the message "WARNING: Fan not working" is not displayed on the screen.

Periodic check of buzzer alarm

•

The buzzer installed in this monitor can be activated to emit warning beeps by system-side control.

•

Check periodically to ensure that the warning beeps of the buzzer work. Use system-side control to
check the buzzer.
