Note:
Service kit descriptions and fitting instruction descriptions are in line with 50 Hz pumping
capacity. Therefore the RV3 kit should be used for nRV4i, RV5 for nRV6i, RV8 for nRV10i
and RV12 for nRV14i.

7.2.1 Check the oil level
Note:
If required, the oil level can be checked while the pump is operating. The pump must be
switched off and the pump and other components in the pumping system isolated from
the electrical supply before pouring oil into the pump.
Refer to Figure: General view of the pump on page 12 :
1. Check that the oil level in the oil level sight glass (6) is between the MAX and MIN
level marks on the bezel of the sight glass.
2. If the oil level is near to or below the MIN level mark, remove one of the oil filler
plugs (4) and pour more oil into the reservoir until the oil reaches the MAX level
mark. If the oil level goes above the MAX mark, remove the oil drain plug (7) and
drain the excess oil from the pump. Refit the filler plug.
