7.2.10 Replace the pump controller

7.2.11 Electrical safety check

Test the earth continuity and the insulation resistance of the pump system. The

earth continuity should be less than 0.1 ohm and the d.c. insulation resistance

greater than 1.0 Mohm.

If the pump fails any of these tests, contact us or your supplier.

7.3 Service indicator codes

The pump controller incorporates a service indicator. The service indicator will flash a

specific code whenever a service interval has been reached.

Replace the oil service indicator

on page 70

There is no service indicator to act as a reminder to replace the oil

in the pump as this is application dependent.

overhaul the pump service

The service indicator, (flashing ON 1s / OFF 1s) is triggered as a
