10.5.2.2 Calibration / Start

The pump is running for 60 s. (The seconds count down from 60 to 0).
NOTE
The calibration can be interrupted by actuating the Menu/Exit function.
The number of maximum strokes / minute are dependent under Metering mode (Main menu)
and metering capacity (Main menu / Configuration).

After the running process, the quantity removed from the measuring cylinder (see

This quantity is then entered as the calibration value (in ml or l).

is activated, the oval gear meter pulse rate recorded is automatically displayed at the end of
the calibration process.
This is offset against the specified calibration value. A correlation thus occurs between the
oval gear meter pulses and the metered quantity.

Fill a suitable measuring cylinder and insert the
suction line.

The volume of the measuring cylinder should be
1/50 of the metering pump rate in litres/h.
During the calibration process, the position of the
suction tube may not be changed. The calibration of
the metering pump is only valid for current
configured stroke length setting. Following a change
in stroke length, the calibration has to be performed
again.
