4.6.2 Advanced SmartWire-DT diagnostics

When there is a collective diagnostic (input byte 0, bit 4 (DIAG)), the variable
frequency drive/variable speed starter will provide advanced diagnostic
messages.

The following messages are generated by the variable frequency drive/
variable speed starter.
