8. Maintenance
Installation, commissioning, maintenance or retrofitting of the charging station must be performed by
qualified and authorized electricians who are responsible for complying with existing standards and local
installation regulations.
Before starting connection operations, make sure that the external AC-line main switch is disconnected,
and circuit breakers are open.
Any operation requiring the opening of the main converter box can lead to electric shock hazards.
The opening of the charger as well as any configuration changes must be carried out by a qualified
electrician in accordance with the local safety and electrical regulations and laws.
Wait at least 10 minutes before removing the xChargeIn Mobility. Please use suitable PPE or wait for the
equipment to cool down before accessing it.
8.1 How to open/close the xChargeIn Mobility housing and wire the display
Before attempting to open the charging station, ensure the external AC-line main switch is disconnected,
and circuit breakers are open.
When removing the front cover, be careful not to damage the cables connected to the display and the
electronics boards.
Follow these steps to open the xChargeIn Mobility housing.

2. Step 2: Lift and carefully remove the front cover. Do not break the cable between the electrical board and the display
by lifting the front cover.
3. Step 3: Disconnect the connection cable from the LED control board and the connection cable from the domestic socket.
