PREPARAZIONE ED ISPEZIONE
TORRETTA
Controllare la torretta per danni, parti allentate o mancanti 1
e che la stessa sia serrata in posizione.
Controllare che il motore rotazione e il suo freno non pre- 2
sentino danni, parti allentate o mancanti.
Controllare che l’ingranaggio di rotazione non sia con- 3
sumato.
Controllare che le tubazioni idrauliche e le sedi dei compo- 4
nenti non presentino segni di perdite;
Controllare la ralla di rotazione per danneggiamenti usura, 5
lubrificazione e per bulloni allentati o mancanti.
Controllare che i comandi, le elettrovalvole e le tubazioni 6
idrauliche non siano danneggiate, non rivelino perdite e
che siano serrate in posizione.
Controllare la tensione elettrica e l’assenza di tracce di cor- 7
rosione nei collegamenti elettrici.
Assicurarsi che tutti gli interruttori funzionino in modo ap- 8
propriato.
Controllare che la bulloneria di fissaggio di tutti i perni sia 9
serrata in posizione e non presenti tracce di usura.
Controllare che tutti i punti di articolazione siano lubrificati. 10
Controllare che il distributore dei comandi idraulici ed i suoi 11
tubi non presentino perdite o danneggiamenti.
BRACCI
Controllare che i bracci, i cilindri e i perni siano fissati in po- 1
sizione e non presentino parti danneggiate o mancanti.
Controllare che la bulloneria di fissaggio di tutti i perni sia 2
serrata e in posizione e non presenti tracce di usura.
Controllare che le tubazioni idrauliche e i cavi elettrici siano 3
serrati e in posizione e non presentino parti danneggiate o
mancanti.
Controllare tutte le boccole per rilevare tracce di usura o 4
danneggiamento.
Controllare che tutti i punti di articolazione siano lubrificati. 5
Controllare che i pattini di scorrimento non presentino danni 6
visibili o parti mancanti e che siano serrati in posizione.
Controllare che le catene (se presenti) degli elementi scor- 7
revoli non presentino danni visibili o parti mancanti e che
siano tensionate correttamente.
PREPARATION AND INSPECTION
TURNTABLE
Check the turntable for damage, loose or missing parts and 1
that it is locked in position.
Check that the rotation motor and its brake do not show 2
signs of damage, loose or missing parts.
Check that the slewing gear is not worn. 3
Check that the hydraulic pipes and the component houings 4
do not show signs of leaks.
Check the slewing ring for damage, wear, lubricant and for 5
loose or missing bolts.
Check that the controls, the solenoid valves and hydraulic 6
tubes are not damaged or leaking and that they are se-
cured in position.
Check the electrical voltage and make sure there are no 7
traces of corrosion on the electrical connections.
Ensure that all the switches work properly. 8
Check that the securing bolts of all the pins are tightened 9
in position and do not show signs of wear.
Check that all the joints of moving parts are lubricated. 10
Check that the hydraulic directional control valve and its 11
tubes are not leaking or damaged.
BOOMS
Check that the booms, cylinders and pins are locked in po- 1
sition and do not have damaged or missing parts.
Check that the securing bolts of all the pins are tightened 2
in position and do not show signs of wear.
Check that the hydraulic pipes and electrical cables are se- 3
cured in position and do not have damaged or missing
parts.
Check all the bushings for signs of wear or damage. 4
Check that all the joints of moving parts are lubricated. 5
Check that the wear pad have no visible signs of damage, 6
missing parts and that they are locked in position.
Check that the chains (if any) of the sliding parts have no 7
signs of damage or missing parts and that their tension is
correct.
