Maintenance and Calibration

System Initialization and Configuration

Connect power cord (GP1102 for 115V or GP1102-230V for 230V) to power input module

(EH0402) at rear of machine.

Plug in power cord to receptacle observing proper voltage.

Confirm the emergency stop switch on the front panel is in its outward position.

Power up system by moving the power switch from the side marked “0” to the side marked “1”.

Allow system to boot and self-test.

Press the SYS key located on the keypad.

Press the CAL key located at center smart key.

Press SHIFT-SYS simultaneously.

Press



once (using right side smart key) SERIAL SELECT will appear at top of display.

Press SELECT smart key.

Press the CLR key. Using number keypad at front right side of machine enter the serial 3 digit serial

number of the machine and press ENTER.

Press



once (using right side smart key) MODEL SELECT will appear at top of display.

Press SELECT smart key.

Press the right smart key (



) until the model (e.g. 7000) is viewed above the



SELECT

smart key.

Press the SELECT smart key.
