imbiellaggio
Verificare prima del montaggio che i
perni di banco e di biella sull'albero
motore non presentino bavature o
segni evidenti di lavoro:
eventualmente riprendere le superfici
con tela finissima e olio.
Verificare che le scanalature risultino
integre, senza segni di forzature.
Verificare che su ogni biella, tra
cappello e il relativo fusto, siano
montate le spine di centraggio (A).
Provvedere al lavaggio e
all'asciugatura delle spine con aria
compressa.
Pulire e lubrificare con olio motore il
perno di biella e i semicuscinetti
quindi montare le bielle sull'albero
motore, nella stessa posizione in cui
sono state rimosse.
Montare cappello e relativa biella con
la marcatura sullo stesso lato.
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il
filetto e il sottotesta delle viti (
8 )
nuove e la sede filettata sul fusto,
introducendo grasso dalle due
estremità del foro.
Attenzione
Il grasso utilizzato è irritante al
contatto con la pelle; indossare quanti
protettivi.
Importante
La lubrificazione delle viti di
biella è fondamentale per ottenere
l'accoppiamento prescritto ed evitare
la rottura dei componenti.
Interporre tra le bielle lo spessimetro
a forchetta
88765.1000 , disponibile
negli spessori 0,1, 0,2 e 0,3 mm, per
eliminare il gioco assiale residuo.
Serrare le viti in tre passaggi alla
coppia prescritta (Sez C 3), utilizzando
una chiave dinamometrica. Tenere la
chiave come mostra la foto.
Sfilare lo spessimetro e verificare che
il gioco assiale bielle/albero motore
risulti:
0,15 ÷ 0,35 mm.
Reassembling the
connecting rods
Before reassembly, check that main
bearings and crank pins are free from
burrs and fretting: use fine emery
cloth and oil, if necessary.
Check that grooves are in perfect
condition and without signs of
shrinkage.
Make sure each connecting rod has
its locating pins in place between cap
and shaft.
Wash pins and dry them with
compressed air.
Clean and lubricate con-rod bearings
and crank pin with engine oil. Refit
the con-rods in their original mounting
position.
Fit cap and con-rod with their marks
on the same side.
Fill the recommended grease into the
two ends of the hole to lubricate
threads and underside of the new
bolts (
8 ) and the thread of the shaft.
Warning
Corrosion and irritant hazard.
The grease is an irritant. Avoid
contact with skin and wear protective
gloves.
Caution
Failure to grease the con-rod
bolts will lead to incorrect clearance
and breakage.
Fit the fork gauge part no.
88765.1000 (available shims are 0.1
mm, 0.2 mm and 0.3 mm thick)
between the connecting rods and
take up residual axial play.
Tighten the bolts to the specified
torque with a torque wrench in three
steps (Sect. C 3). Hold the wrench as
shown in the photograph.
Remove the feeler gauge and ensure
that axial play between connecting
rods and crankshaft is
0.15 -0.35 mm.
