Distribution List
You can record or transfer voice messages to a personal mailbox or a distribution
list. Please edit your distribution list as follows.
1.
Click the Distribution List item.
2. Select a List ID from 1 to 9.
3. Edit members list by selecting extensions from the Non-Member list.
You can set up to 9 distribution lists. Each list can hold up to 15 members.
Change Password
You can change your login password of the Web-Based Administration Tool. The
default password is blank. If you forget your password, please ask your
administrator to reset it for you.
1.
Click on the Change Password item.
2. Enter your current password in the “Current Password” box.
3. Enter a new password in the “New Password” box.
4. Enter the new password again in the “Re-enter New Password” box to
confirm.
