Auto Line Access - To get a CO Line
Auto-In - Agents’ extensions will pick
up the next call
automatically.
Auxiliary Time - Agents can enable this
function to notify the
system stop assigning
incoming calls to their
extensions so that the
agents can leave their seats
temporarily without
logging out the system.
