Das Gerät lässt sich nicht einschalten
Prüfen Sie, ob der Akku korrekt eingesetzt bzw. das Netzkabel angeschlossen ist.

Check whether the battery has been inserted properly and the power cable is connected.
Das Gerät aktiviert nicht mit Push & Go
Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät eingeschaltet und im Menü „Aktivierung“ „Push & GO“ eingestellt ist. Öffnen
Sie die Türe ca. 5 cm.

Check whether the device has been switched on and in the menu ‘‘Activation’’, ‘‘Push & GO’’ has been
selected or not. Open the door up to 5 cm.
Das Gerät aktiviert nicht mit Funk
Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät eingeschaltet, im Menü „Funkverbindung“ die Funkaktivierung auf „Ein“ und
im Menü „Aktivierung“ „Funk“ eingestellt ist.

Check whether the device has been switched on and whether ‘‘On’’ has been selected in the menu
‘‘Radio connection’’ and in the menu ‘‘Activation’’, ‘‘Radio’’ has been selected or not.
Das Gerät aktiviert unerwartet
Bei Bewegungsmeldern, prüfen Sie dessen Ausrichtung. Unter Umständen reagiert der Melder auf
Bewegungen von Haustieren oder der Sensorbereich wird bspw. durch einen Wandspiegel ungewollt
vergrößert. Eventuell wurden beim Funk koppeln Bewegungsmelder und Fernbedienung vertauscht.
Trennen Sie das Funkzubehör und koppeln Sie es neu, wie auf Seite 19 beschrieben.
The device gets activated unexpectedly
Check the alignment of the motion detectors. Sometimes, the detector responds to movement of pet
animals or the sensor range is extended through a wall mirror unwillingly.
While coupling the radio, the motion detector and remote control may have been swapped.
Disconnect the radio accessory and couple it again as described on page 19.
Das Gerät fährt manchmal weiter als eingestellt auf
Es wurde eine Autokorrektur durchgeführt. Hierdurch erfasst die Doormatic die Fahrwegeinstellungen
neu. Diese Funktion wird automatisch und nur bei Bedarf aufgerufen.
Sometimes, the device opens the door more than what has been specified
An auto-correction is being carried out. Through this, the Doormatic readjusts the walkthrough path
settings. This function is automatically activated only when required.
Das Gerät fährt zu weit oder nicht weit genug auf
Passen Sie einfach den Fahrweg wie auf Seite 20 beschrieben an.
The device opens the door too wide or not wide enough
Readjust the walkthrough path as described on page 20.
Plötzlich ertönt ein Signalton
Der Signalton weist Sie auf einen niedrigen Akkustand hin. Laden Sie den Akku laut Seite 14 auf.

Suddenly, a signal tone is heard
The signal tone is an indication of low battery status. Charge the battery as described on page 14.
