Install a drip tee as shown in Figure 40-1 when:

• Humidiﬁ er is mounted higher than the dispersion assembly,

• Interconnecting hose or piping must go over an obstruction, or

• Interconnecting piping runs are long.

Important:

Steam hose must be supported to prevent sagging or low spots.
