Connect a h a nd pu m p to one end o f the T-piece.
Connect a di g it a l ma no m eter to the other end o f the T-piece.

Build up pressure w ith the h a nd pu m p until the m ech a nic a l s af ety v a lve (3.1 6 ) opens.
