External Layout Summary

11 - 1. USB COMMUNCATIONS

Press key and press utility key. In case Oscilloscoe mode,
please select menu 1/4 page. In case meter or Logger, select 1/3 page. Then
press USB ON/OFF key and select “ON”

This instrument is equipped with a USB B type socket located at right side of the
product to communicate with the computer via USB.

A. Items to verify for the setting up of USB communication

- A driver for this instrument must be installed before performing USB

communications.

- When using a cable, a USB A-B type cable must be used.

Please follow instruction described on CD (software for PC communication)

CAUTION.

Do not use the USB port for any use with any product other than

for communication with the PC.

11 - 2. USB Flash Memory port

Press key and enter Utility. Select menu 1/4 page
(when Oscilloscope mode) or menu 1/3 page (when Meter, Logger mode) .Then,
press USB ON/OFF key and select “ON” This function is optional item.

The function location is at lower side part of the product. standard big USB
type. Immense Data can be saved or recall depend on Memory size of Flash
Memory device.

BMP ( Bitmap) file is used for Oscilloscope, CSV file is used For Data Logger

CAUTION.

Do not connect two USB connections simultaneously. (Flash

memory device to Big USB port and PC communications cable to mini USB
port) This will hold the instrument operation and need to resetting of the
instrument to resume operation.
