Edit
The DVR-810 provides an easy to use feature
for deleting any selected part (segment) of a
Recorded Title. Each segment is referred to
as an AB Mark. Editing allows either a single
AB segment or multiple AB segments to be
deleted.
Caution:
Using the Editing feature will
permanently delete any segment or segments
which cannot then be recovered.
1. Select Disc Navigator from the MAIN MENU
and press ENTER.
2. Select
Edit
using the
Ç
or
È
buttons and
press ENTER. The first Recorded Title is
highlighted.
3. To select a Recorded Title use the Ç or È
buttons.
4. Press ENTER. The
Record Editing
dialogue
box is displayed and the Recorded Title starts
to play in the Video Preview Window.
The Record Editing main dialogue box is split
into the following sections and shows the
Recorded Title information and specific editing
options:
•
Title
•
Size and Duration - dialogue box
•
Jump Time - dialogue box (Only shown if
activated using the JUMP TO button)
•
No. (Number) Mark In – Mark Out - dialogue
box or (AB segments)
•
The Video Preview Window
•
The Editing Timeline
Below the Video Preview Window is the current
playback mode and real time clock status display,
including the Editing Timeline - (blue bar with
a yellow cursor). The Editing Timeline displays
the total time duration of the Recorded Title
including any specified
AB
segments. The
cursor is used in conjunction with the Timeline
to display the current playback position of the
Recorded Title and also while editing, the
A
or
B
segment points.
