4. Press the EXIT button to clear any menus and
return to normal viewing.
Genre
Genre is used as another form of sorting to
classify a Recorded Title according to the type of
program, i.e. Sports, Drama etc. Genre is useful
when searching the HDD for Recorded Titles with
a specific theme.
1. Select
Disc Navigator
from the
MAIN MENU
and press ENTER.
2. Select
Genre
using the Ç or È buttons
and press ENTER. The first Recorded Title is
highlighted.
3. Select a Recorded Title to assign a
Genre
classification to using the Ç or È buttons.
4. Press the Æ button. A dialogue box showing
the
Genre
classifications is displayed.
5. Select a classification using the Ç or È
buttons and then press the Æ button. A star
indicates that the Recorded Title has been
classified.
6. Press ENTER to confirm the classification or
press Å to return the selected title.
7. Once all
Genre
classifications have been
entered, press the EXIT button to clear any
menus and return to normal viewing.
To view the
Genre
classifications you have
specified for Recorded Titles, press the REC LIST
on the RCU. Follow the instruction in
