Viewer Preferences
Allows Locking, Deleting and Channel Group Re-
assignment of any individual TV channel/service.
Lock a Channel/Service –
Locking prevents viewing of a specific TV
channel/service. A four digit password is
required to allow further access to the locked
service/channel.
1. Select
Viewer Preferences
from the
MAIN
MENU
and press ENTER.
2. Select the TV channel/service that requires
locking using the Ç or È buttons.
3. Press
u
on the numerical keypad.
Ï
is shown
beside the channel/service. If required and to
deselect lock, press
u
again
4. Press ENTER. The TV channel/service is now
locked from viewing.
5. Press the EXIT button to clear any menus and
return to normal viewing.
To Unlock a Channel/Service –
1. Select
Viewer Preferences
from the
MAIN
MENU
and press ENTER.
2. Select the channel/service to unlock using
the Ç or È buttons.

is shown beside the
locked channel/service.
3. Press
u
on the numerical keypad and
press ENTER. The password dialogue box is
displayed.
4. Enter the correct password and press ENTER.
The default password is 0000 and is only
applicable if this password has not been
changed. The TV channel/service is now
unlocked and allows normal viewing access.
5. Press the EXIT button to clear any menus and
return to normal viewing.
