4.1.4.  Fluid transfer from MIX chamber to WBC chamber 

In 

,  during  this  step  the  liquid  remaining  in  the  mixing  chamber  flows  via  the  V0 

(On)  into  the  WBC  chamber,  because  the  vacuum 

–  which  is  in  the  puffer  reservoir  and 

maintenated

 by the pump 

– aspirates the fluid through V5 (On) and V3 (On), while V2 and V1 

are Off. Simultaneously, the peristaltic pump supports this procedure via V4 (On).
