Specifying the Current Measurement Range
You can select a lower current measurement range if you need better output resolution.
1. Press Source Settings.
2. Press Curr Range High or Curr Range Low to select high current measurement range or low current meas-
urement range.
3. Press Back to exit and return to the meter-view display.
From the remote interface:
To set the current measurement range to High:
CURR:RANG:HIGH
To set the current measurement range to Low:
CURR:RANG:LOW
Specifying the Turn-on Preference
You can specify the preferred mode for output on/off transitions. It allows output state transitions to be optimized for
either constant voltage or constant current operation.
Selecting Voltage minimizes output on/off voltage overshoots in constant voltage operation. Selecting Current
minimizes output on/off current overshoots in constant current operation.
1. Press Source Settings.
2. Press Out Pref Volt or Out Pref Curr to select Voltage or Current.
3. Press Back to exit and return to the meter-view display.
From the remote interface:
To set the preferred mode to Voltage:
OUTP:PMOD VOLT
To set the preferred mode to Current:
OUTP:PMOD CURR
