Substituting Z

Axis probe motor

a) Remove Z

protective carter after undoing two fixing screws

Remove motor connector from INTEROP2 PCB and remove cable holder bands

Remove fixing screws and change motor

Reconnect motor to PCB and replace cable holder bands

Check that Z2 axis movement is smooth.

Check Z1 movements and steps.

Check X-Y centering as described in para. 3.4.3.1.
