5.1
Explanation of the parameter tables
The parameter tables listed in the sections 5.2 to 5.11 contain im-
portant information concerning all parameters that are available
in the individual rotary switch setting on the controller (1. menu
level, 2. menu level).
In addition to the parameter designations, the tables contain de-
tails for the setting ranges, factory settings, setting options or
setting step distances and brief function explanations.
In addition, they provide explanation of the access rights for the
operation of the controller. The following abbreviations are
available for appropriate characterisation:
BE
Access right for the operator
HF
Access permission with technician code
If different settings appear in the BF and HF columns, the
user must log in as a technician so as to be able to
access the parameter level to change the status set in
the HF column, (see chapter 3.6.1).

Mixing Valve: Mixer circuit operating unit (as a mixer circuit extension or as a free-stand-
ing mixer circuit controller)

In addition to the aforementioned functions, the room temperature controller can be ba-
sically used as a remotely controlled unit of the Daikin Altherma EHS(X/H) and the entire
RoCon system (with activated terminal function) (see chapter 4.2.2).

Setting the caretaker function
Off: Deactivated

The caretaker function can be activated on any EHS157034 room station whose purpose
of use is set to "Living Room" and which is assigned to a heat generator (parameter [Boil-
er Assignment]> 0) (see chapter 4.2.3). Several room stations with active caretaker func-
tion in the system are possible, however only one caretaker function is possible per heat
generator.
With the caretaker function active, all settings on the EHS157034 room station act in the
same way as the settings on the RoCon B1 for the assigned heat generator (may differ
from the control panel heating circuit assignment). As a result, the functions for hot water
preparation can also be remotely operated from the room station.
