FAULTY DIAGNOSIS
1. SIMPLE FAULTY DIAGNOSIS
Engine Related
Battery relay movement is not smooth
Flat battery
Abraision, loose or fallen out battery terminal
Slack ground cable
The oil is too thick
Check the battery relay condition by activating battery main switch.
Check and replace the wiring if relay is not functioning.
Charge the battery or replace it.
Clean the rusty part of the battery terminal and secure the
connection and then apply grease on it.
Secure the cable.
Replace the oil with appropriate thickness oil.
How to handle Cause
Fuel shortage
Not enough warming-up
When air leaked into the fuel system
The fuel filter is blocked Charge the fuel and release the air.
Check the pre-heat system.
Release the air.
Replace the filter element.
How to handle Cause
When the start-up motor does not work or when it spins slowly
Start-up motor is operational but it does not start-up
Low idle RPM
Air cleaner element is contaminated
Engine is over cooled
Fuel filter is blocked
The valve gap is abnormal Adjust idle speed.
Clean or replace the element.
Cover with the radiator curtain.
Replace the filter element.
Adjust the valve gap.
How to handle Cause
Low speed spinning will result in engine shut down
