Tire and Chain
Use snow tire when driving in winter,
change the snow tire when the
abrasion level reaches above 50%.
On an ice road, snow chain looses its
effect. Use the snow chain and follow
the steps below.
a. Place the vehicle on a flat level
ground.
b. Place the chain in front or in the rear
of the wheels. Make sure the chain
hook faces downwards.
c. Move the vehicle so that the wheel is
positioned about 40~50cm from the
hook.
d. Hook the chain by wrapping the
chain to the tire. Do hook up the
inner side.
e. Place the chain spring band

katch and pull on the chain link.
f. Left over chain must be connected to
the spring band

s latch.

CAUTION
If you are equipping the vehicle with
snow tires or chains, you should
drive with half the normal speed.
If you are driving with snow tires,
use same tires on the same axle
line.
You are advised not to equip the
front tires with chains. If you must,
check if steering is not interfered.
