reset

Resets a DWS-1008 switch’s hardware.

Syntax: reset

Defaults: None.

Access: Boot prompt.

Usage: After resetting the hardware, the reset command attempts to load a system image file
only if other boot settings are configured to do so.

Examples: To immediately reset the system, type the following command at the boot prompt:
